In order to continue the quest for ultimate parkjets, we now have initiated the Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornet G1R project. The abbreviation R, stands for Rear-Mounted-Motor. We continue to use this as we started with G1 (no following letter) nomenclature which explains that it's a mid-mounted motor design, G1E (with E letter) which explains that it's an EDF powered design, and now G1R as rear-mounted motor design.
The F/A-18 design will sport true airfoil wing instead of KF airfoil plates, much better scale lines fuselage and details inheriting the Eurofighter Typhoon G1E design methodologies, high stability and agility, in a compact form factor size (635mm wingspan).
More news is coming. Stay tuned.
